We ceased the activity as per October 31st, 2011 The Bed & Breakfast Villa Magnolia is located about 12 km from the Adriatic Sea, near San Benedetto del Tronto (between Ancona and Pescara). This typical mansion is approximately 100 years old. |

The Villa is perfect for families, for people who like nature and for small groups. Here, you will spend relaxing and quiet holidays in inviting surroundings. |

We have three double-bedded rooms, a living room with log fireplace, a complete kitchen and a bathroom with sink, bathtub, shower, toilet and laundry machine. You can have a rest in the shade of the trees in our quiet and spacious garden. |

Small children will enjoy themselves with the children's pool and various toys inside and outside the house (all upon request). From June to September, a pool will refresh teenagers and adults (3ft deep, 10ft width). The Adriatic Sea can be reached by car within 30 minutes. Cats and small dogs are welcome. The owner is living in the same building. |

In October, olive harvest starts. You can join us by harvesting your own olives and watch the cold pressing procedure in a traditional olive mill. Bring back home your own, healthy olive oil called "olio di oliva extra vergine". |

| Fans of horse riding will inform us as early as possible about their expectations. You will be taught by a very experienced instructor (Natural Horsemanship). He will provide lessons for groups of people or individually. Lessons are held in English, Italian or Spanish and are paid directly to him. |

Italian language school In the heart of Ascoli Piceno, historical and very interesting capital of the province, you will find Accademia Italiana. This language school offers lessons to everybody interested in Italian language and culture. There is a good choice of more or less intensive classes which will allow you to enjoy the countryside or to go to the beach while attending school. |

Where to buy food and cigarettes In the near town of Castorano (2 km), you will find two small food shops, a post office, a place to buy cigarettes and a drugstore. Large supermarkets are about 15 minutes away. |

Excursions There are various possibilities to explore the countryside of the Marches and to learn more about the culture, landscape and food. With its rolling hills, it is a nice area for hikers and bikers. I recommend that you look up the links of this site before you arrive here. I can lend you a street map (1:200'000) and some tourist guides (mostly in German) for your stay. |
